Downtime and Aftercare
Post-treatment care is a fundamental part of achieving the best results from your Advanced Renewal Peel (ARP) and we kindly ask for your understanding and adherence to the following instructions. Experiences of skin dryness, peeling, or flaking can be anticipated in the aftermath of the treatment. However, these are not essential indicators of a positive outcome, and the absence of these symptoms does not imply that the treatment has not been effective. We do not recommend this peel if you have an upcoming event in a 2 week period. You must avoid sun exposure during the entire healing process, so we recommend to head straight home post peel.

This practice will help to prevent any further skin damage and protect the skin whilst it is healing post-treatment. Consistent application of sunscreen also plays a crucial role in maintaining the results achieved through the laser treatment. It’s important to remember, whether it’s sunny or cloudy, your skin always needs protection.

Number of Treatments and Timeline for Results
The Advanced Renewal Peel treatment at Unveil is a journey towards healthier, radiant skin, with results that become apparent after the very first session. You will notice a visible improvement in skin texture and brightness. To achieve optimal results, we recommend a series of 3 treatments, with each session spaced 4-6 weeks apart. During this period, our Skin Specialists will monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.
Your skin may continue to improve for up to six months following the completion of your treatment plan, as collagen production and cellular turnover continue to occur.
